Beautiful home. Very easy to find and Jake was extremely helpful with check -in instructions and flexibility in checking time. Super easy, comfortable, clean. Would definitely rent here again or with Jake at other properties if the need arises. Due to having multiple families in our stay we would have had to pay double the amount at a hotel with 2 rooms rooms where this apartment had more space and cleaner than a hotel would have been. Thank you!

We had a lovely stay at Jake's apartment. It's bigger than it looks in the photos and is nicely decorated and very comfortable. We were also happy to find thoughtful touches, like ample outlets on both sides of the beds and a great space for luggage. The convenient location, just 10 minutes from the Pittsburgh Zoo, made it a perfect choice for us.

Jake’s place is a home away from home. It’s worth every penny paid and the home is really nice.

We enjoyed our stay. We were traveling with a 6, 8 and 15 year old. There was a park nearby with a basketball court that the younger two enjoyed. It was a very short walk to Whole Foods which was great for grocery shopping and their Cafe. The location was ideal for us as we were visiting family in the area. The unit was quiet and clean and matched the photos. If coming back I would stay there again. The host was very responsive to any questions I had during our stay.

This house is a perfect blend of comfort and style. The exterior is well-kept, Inside the decor is tasteful, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The bedroom is especially impressive—mattresses are incredibly cozy, providing a great night’s sleep. The living room is just as comfortable, with a plush sofa that’s perfect for lounging and 55 inch HD TV for unlimited entertainment. The neighborhood is peaceful, with no disruptive noise, Overall, a fantastic place that truly feels like home.

Great stay at Jake’s! The apartment is exactly as described. The location was great - coffee shops, restaurants, and grocery stores all in walking distance, and an easy drive downtown. The sofa bed bedding had some set in wine stains, but Jake was responsive in assuring it was washed thoroughly, and will be replaced after our stay. All in all, a good value and would stay again next time I come to Pittsburgh.

We had such a great experience staying with Jake. We recently moved to Pittsburgh, and we were staying here while looking for a more permanent place to live. Jake was such an incredible host; near-instantaneous replies and cheerful responses to all of our questions. The place seems recently renovated, and everything was in perfect shape (the shower was amazing!). We stayed for about a month, and we would totally do it over again. Given how long we stayed, there's bound to be annoyances of one sort or another. The walls of the complex are pretty thin (no fault of Jake's), and there were a few times when the noise through the walls was bothersome to us, but most of the time it was no big deal. We're really thankful we got to spend our first weeks in Pittsburgh here!

Perfect place for seeing the city. Walkable to Whole Foods, single parking spot but additional street parking also nearby. Jake’s place was a great central location for our group to visit PPG, Lawrenceville and the North Shore. Neighborhood was quiet for our stay. Would highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay. It seems like Jake and his team thought of everything from extra outlets, makeup towels, to a blender that yes, we actually used! The open concept of the suite and the amount of space was perfect for 4 adults and two children. The place was a welcomed escape from the cold and allowed us to make memories after day trips around the city! The neighborhood felt safe, quiet, and within close range of stores, restaurants, museums, etc. Would highly recommend.

There’s so much I can say about Jake’s place!! We drove up from GA and I was so tired, and we were able to get right in as if I was just going into my own home. I’ve stayed in many Airbnbs, this exceeded expectations. This place was so clean and beautiful!! Absolutely nice! Jake was very responsive, easy to talk to. What a great place! Jake's place is beautiful -- with so many features, including those that show a thoughtful and welcoming attitude. Pictures sent with the arrival information included clearly marked entrances and parking -- not usually included, but very helpful. How about outlets throughout the place for charging -- again, very helpful. Plenty of pillows and very comfortable beds. Jake was responsive and reached out to offer any assistance. Located next to a new Whole Foods was great. Dedicated parking space was also very nice. Quiet and very comfortable! Would definitely recommend this as one of the best places we've ever had in Pittsburgh!

We were very happy staying at Jake's place. It was exactly as pictured and as described. Very clean and comfortable. It had everything that you would need or want, plus more! A home away from home! Whole Foods was only a short block away. That was so convenient because we bought groceries and even ate some meals there from the hot bar/salad bar. We also easily walked to Target, Trader Joes, Bakery Square and many other stores. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Pittsburgh. It was great!

Jake’s place is very modern and spacious. Two bedrooms and a pullout couch for sleeping. The main room is open concept with a great kitchen, dining area, living space and dedicated workspace. The Whole Foods market and restaurants are a walkable distance. Parking is free, close and easy. Driving downtown is also very accessible.

The apartment was super clean and had all amenities. 6 ppl could easily stay in the apartment with 2 bedrooms and one sofa bed. It had a fully equipped kitchen. I would definitely recommend to others who would like to do a short and long stay at Jake's place. There is also a Whole foods store which is 2 minutes walk from the place which makes it convenient for any groceries / food.

I picked this place since it was dog friendly and looked beautiful in the pictures. It was a short trip but the apartment matched the description perfectly and had everything that we needed to accommodate us during our stay with our dog. We absolutely loved staying at Jakes studio apartment. It was just the right amount of space and it was a perfect location. We loved that we had free safe parking right across the street and we could walk to everywhere we needed to be. We felt safe in the surrounding areas and the place was stunningly clean and equipped with everything we coudl think of. The linens and blankets were amazing. The kitchen was superb and the way we could get in and out with the padlock was easy and intuitive. This place was just perfect. I would defintley stay there again if I was going to pittsburgh.

We were heading to Pittsburgh and looking for a place near our daughter's apartment. We were very happy to reserve Jake's listing and were impressed with his responsiveness both after our reservation and up to when we arrived. Jake's place was very clean and felt like a renovated apartment. Kitchen and bathroom were both spotless with new appliances, both bedrooms had tv's and the living room had a comfortable couch and large tv. The location was ideal, on the bus route (we used Uber and had pickups set within minutes), and walkable to many restaurants. Whole Foods is basically across the street and it allowed us to use the kitchen to make dinner one night. We have stayed at 3 airbnbs in Pittsburgh and will look to spend time at Jake's place the next time we are in town.
