Downtown Charm, 3 Bdr, Near Rest and Bars

Rafael was a great host! Very responsive and friendly! The place was just what we were looking for and we felt comfortable in the charming home. We chose to spend Thanksgiving away from our home with our son in his new city and Rafael’s place provided that at home feeling for our family. Our daughter was able to work from the Air bnb, so having adequate WiFi was a plus. I was able to cook a full home cooked holiday meal away from my home. We also had the opportunity to invite other relatives for dinner that were in the area, so the location was perfect. We enjoyed the time to relax and connect with loved one’s. Being so close to local restaurants, the bakery, breweries, and coffee shops were nice. Literally on the same street within walking distance. We will stay again for sure!

The house was well appointed, and master bedroom very spacious and comfortable. The other bedrooms were smaller but adequate. Bathrooms are very small but updated. Rafael and Erin responded immediately to my questions and concerns.

We loved our stay and would stay thier again if we were ever in Winston Salem.

Spacious place, very clean and tastefully decorated.

It was a nice place. Older house that was remodeled. Owner is very responsive. Only downside is not really he owners or houses fault, but the street is very busy and if you’re backing out, it can be difficult. There is a hill right before the house and people drive pretty fast, so you think you’re good one second and then you’re no.

House was just as pictured… we loved staying there! Walking distance to restaurants, as well as breweries. Clean, comfortable beds and modern kitchen. We enjoyed relaxing on porch as well as in backyard. Would love to stay there again when we return to Winston-Salem!

Great and clean property

Great stay at Rafael’s place! The house was clean and easy to find, good location close to the hospital. Loved the extra touches like coffee/creamer and provided firewood for the fire pit. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay and Rafael was always there if we needed help. The house is exactly as represented and is very spacious. we didn't have time to take advantage of the fire pit in the back, maybe next time!

Rafael and Erin are responsive, caring hosts who demonstrated they sincerely cared about our comfort. Their updates to the home are beautiful and the location is within walking distance to a good barbecue spot which worked out very well.

The place was clean and newly renovated. The host communicated well and they had games for kids. The beds could be more comfy. It was close to the restaurants and the university. The neighborhood was run down. Our next door neighbor was being visited by his probation officer when we pulled in.

This place was perfect for our weekend stay in Winston-Salem. We were able to walk down the street to dinner and we were very close to downtown where we also went out on the town. I would love to stay here again when we are back in town visiting family.

My wife, small dog, and I stayed at this wonderful house over a couple of days. Overall had a fantastic stay and the description of the property matches precisely what you get at the home. It is a one minute walk (literally) to get to breweries, bars, and a great tex-mex restaurant. Additionally, there is a new Bobby Boy's bakeshop also within walking distance if you want coffee or baked goods (its about a 2-3 min walk, another perk). The home itself was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We didn't cook, however, the kitchen seemed to have all that one could need if desiring to do so. Other reviews have noted some noise and cars driving fast out in front of the house - we didn't experience any of these problems. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend the property!

Nice clean place with a very short drive to downtown.

The house was incredibly clean and the master bedroom was large and comfortable. If you’re thinking of bringing dogs, the backyard isn’t the best for them.

Great home, perfect for our weekend trip for four people. Everything was clean and well maintained. The communication was excellent, the hosts were proactive about reaching out to ensure everything was going smoothly. Check in and check out were smooth and easy. There are so many restaurants within a short distance that it was hard to pick one.

This place served its purpose. It had cool restaurants and bakeries in walking distance. The neighborhood isn’t the most quiet, and the furniture did not serve the six adults we had staying together. The hosts were very responsive and nice.

Great location for our needs! We were in town for an event at UNCSA , so this home was an ideal location! Also, kitchen had everything we needed to prepare food for a reception at Watson Hall. Enjoyed the clean, cozy home with our dear friends .

Great place to stay for UNCSA events, which was why we were here. Near the school, a great farmer’s market, solid bbq restaurant, and cocktail lounge.

My 3 girlfriends and I stayed at Rafael's place for a much needed mom's weekend getaway! This was the perfect spot - super clean, looks exactly like the pictures and Rafael was very communicative. We enjoyed walking less than a block away to East of Texas, Lesser Known, Easy Talk, etc. Our favorite part of the house was coming home in the evenings to the foosball table!!!! We had a blast and will definitely come back! Thank you for a great stay!

Pros - The house was spotless and very clean! The backyard has a fire pit area which was perfect for the family. The hosts offer great finishing touches, like K-Cups and some snacks. It's walkable to Truist Field, which was a huge plus. Only downside was it took a bit to figure out how the front door lock works!

We loved the modern updates and location. We were able to “settle in” and make it our home for our weekend stay! It was equipped for us to cook all weekend and enjoy our stay in the town. The foosball table was an awesome addition!

It was a great stay it was warm and cozy peaceful and a great host after making an error in my booking the host was extra attentive in making the necessary changes I highly recommend staying here it’s a short drive to shopping and dining you’ll love it

This house was a very good option for our stay. It was walkable to a coffee/cocktail bar, a park and other shops. I learned quickly how centrally located it is. We felt comfortable and appreciated how responsive the owner was.

I can’t say enough how lucky we were to find this place. We needed a place to go last minute after losing all our services from Hurricane Helene that could accommodate us, our dog and one year old. The space was great, very clean and steps away from a brewery, restaurant and the greenway. Staying in this house turned a very stressful week into a pleasurable mini-vacation. Just south of downtown and perfect for our group to stay at while attending a conference. A very pet friendly place - the "office" room was perfect for a kennel right off the master bedroom with easy access out the back door. Finding the East of Texas BBQ joint a two minute walk away was a nice treat!
